I am pleased to highlight the remarkable strides the 12th Man Foundation has made in the world of collegiate athletic development during the 2022-23 fiscal year due to the unwavering generosity of our donors.
One year since its public launch on April 25, 2022, the 12th Man Foundation and Texas A&M Athletics announced the triumphant completion of the $120 million Centennial Campaign. This endeavor garnered tremendous support from our donors, with 380 supporters committing $122.9 million. Their collective contributions not only met but exceeded our ambitious goal, ensuring the sustained success and excellence of Aggie Athletics. The 12th Man Foundation extends a special thank you to lead gift donors April and Jay Graham '92 for their tremendous support in making this undertaking a reality.
In August of 2022, Texas A&M University announced an ambitious project to enhance Kyle Field's status as the nation's premier college football venue with the addition of 23 new suites to the south end of Kyle Field. The response from 12th Man Foundation donors was overwhelming, resulting in the sale of each suite by December of 2022, generating nearly $23 million in capital commitments. This project will add the incremental revenue to the budget of Texas A&M Athletics that is needed to compete at the highest level in the Southeastern Conference.
As reflected in our 2022-23 Annual Report, our donor's adaptability to the shifting landscape of collegiate athletics was evident during the changes in our approach to enhancing the student-athlete experience at Texas A&M. The discontinuation of the 12th Man+ Fund, due to IRS guidelines published in June of 2023, necessitated an adjustment in strategy. The 12th Man Foundation explored new avenues, utilizing unrestricted annual fund contributions to expand our marketing outreach, ensuring that our athletes continue to receive exceptional support on and off the field.
In the 2022-23 fiscal year, the 12th Man Foundation transferred an extraordinary $160.47 million of donor and season ticket dollars to Texas A&M Athletics. This impact echoes through every achievement, every victory and every milestone of Aggie Athletics.
Moving forward, our donors' ongoing loyalty is the cornerstone of our mission to fund scholarships, programs and facilities in support of championship athletics. Fund Championship Athletics
During the 2022-23 fiscal year, the 12th Man Foundation transferred $160.47 Million in essential funds to operate the athletics department at a championship level.
This transfer included significant capital dollars raised through the Centennial Campaign to build state-of-the-art athletic facilities.

Fund Scholarships
Aggie Athletics features more than 600 student-athletes across 20 sports, with approximately 80 percent receiving financial aid from the athletics department to attend Texas A&M University.

On average, it costs Texas A&M Athletics $54,732 per year to fund one in-state student-athlete scholarship. For out-of-state student-athletes, that cost increases to $84,016.

Annual contributions make it possible for Texas A&M Athletics to support Aggie student-athletes with vital resources such as academic support, athletic training, sports medicine, mental health services, world-class facilities and elite coaches.

Football season ticket holders accounted for 53 percent of the 12th Man Foundation's 17,260 active members in 2022.
Members with an Annual Philanthropic Contribution
Of the 7,796 members who went above and beyond in their support of Texas A&M Athletics by making an annual philanthropic gift in 2022, 82 percent were non-football season ticket holders.

Major gifts create a legacy between donors and Texas A&M Athletics while supporting capital projects, scholarships and specific programs.
One year from the day of its public launch, the 12th Man Foundation and Texas A&M Athletics proudly announced the successful completion of the $120 million Centennial Campaign thanks to the generous support of 12th Man Foundation donors.
Named in recognition of the 100-year anniversary of Texas A&M's iconic 12th Man tradition, the Centennial Campaign is transforming the area south of Kyle Field into the Graham Athletic Complex and funding the construction of the Adam C. Sinn '00 Academic and Wellness Center, Coolidge Football Performance Center and the R.A. "Murray" Fasken '38 Indoor Track as well as the redevelopment of the Bright-Slocum Center for Texas A&M Football.
12th Man+
During the 2022-23 fiscal year, the 12th Man Foundation felt called to adapt to the evolving landscape of collegiate athletic development and pioneer a new avenue of support for Texas A&M Athletics.
As a result, the 12th Man+ Fund was launched in February of 2023 to further the organization's mission while enhancing the student-athlete experience at Texas A&M through name, image and likeness (NIL) opportunities.
The cause generated a significant amount of support with over 420 donors collectively committing $5.5 million to the 12th Man+ Fund, of which $3.9 million was receipted cash.

Our dedicated staff carefully monitored the industry's changes and ultimately had to pivot all 12th Man+ efforts in response to the IRS GLAM issued in June 2023. While the 12th Man Foundation had to terminate the 12th Man+ Fund, the organization proved its adaptability by personally contacting every 12th Man+ donor and providing them the option to redirect their contribution to either the unrestricted Annual Fund, another restricted fund of their choice, or receive a refund.
The donor response was overwhelmingly positive with 91% of cash gifts converted to the Annual Fund, 8% of cash gifts converted to other restricted funds and 1% refunded.
Post the conclusion of the 2023 fiscal year, the 12th Man Foundation has expanded its marketing outreach using unrestricted Annual Fund contributions and has engaged various marketing agencies to further its mission through advertising and sponsorship arrangements, including the acquisition of Aggie student-athlete talent to help promote the organization.
Supporters who contribute to the Annual Fund receive 12th Man Foundation membership benefits including priority points and a tax receipt. These contributions, which may not be directed by supporters to specific areas, have always supported the organization's marketing efforts.
South Suites
On August 26, 2022, Texas A&M University officials announced a construction project to add 23 new suites to the south end of Kyle Field to strengthen the stadium's position as the country's premier college football venue. The 12th Man Foundation began a process to sell the suites in October, and by December, each new South Suite was sold resulting in nearly $23 million in capital commitments. On Sept. 2, 2023, suite holders were welcomed into their new South Suite for Texas A&M's season opener against New Mexico.
