POSITION SUMMARY:
Oversees major giving programs. Develops, plans, and manages major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaign fundraising in coordination with the executive director, executive committee, Texas A&M Foundation, head coaches, and director of athletics. Works closely with the aforementioned parties to create a long-term fund raising plan that includes the identification, cultivation and solicitation of major gifts.

Responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and ongoing relationships with major gift prospects. Coordinates the solicitation of individuals by others including University administrators and other key volunteers. Provides oversight to all major giving fund raising programs.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists the major gifts staff with a variety of administrative duties. Responsible for maintaining all databases. Assists in the documentation of prospect management activities, maintenance of the biographical records, and performs research on individuals, foundations and corporations for the purpose of assisting the 12th Man Foundation’s fund raising efforts.
