Pricing

Will there be an increase for 2017 ticket and seat donation pricing, renewed and new seats?

  • There will be no increase in ticket prices for the 2017 season.
  • There will be no increase in annual seat donations for the 2017 season.

How much will season tickets cost for the 2017 season?

  • Club Seats - $560
  • Armchair/Field Box - $525
  • Bench Back - $515
  • Bench - $490

What are the Kyle Field Campaign Gift and seat terms for new seats purchased in 2017?

  • Anyone purchasing new seats in 2017 will pay the same Kyle Field Campaign Gift as in prior years.
  • The gift will be payable over 5 years.
    • The seating option will expire at the same time as all other seats in that area. Seating options with a campaign gift of $1,500 or more have a term ending after the 2029 season. Seating options with a campaign gift of less than $1,500 have a term ending after the 2024 season. Click here to see a seating map with Kyle Field gift amounts.

Relocating Seats

When do I let you know that I would like to relocate some or all of my seats for the 2017 season?

  • You will be able to indicate your interest in relocating on your 2017 renewal form.
  • You must renew your existing season tickets to have the option to participate in the relocation process. If you drop seats, you will not be able to relocate those seats.

When will I relocate my seats?

  • The relocation process will occur in May. We will use the same online system that was used for the 2016 seat relocation and selection process, and appointments will be assigned in order of priority rank as of March 31, 2017.
  • If you do not find adequate seats at your appointment time, you will retain your original seats.

I would like to move to an area that requires a higher campaign gift than my 2016 seats. What will happen to the money I have already paid?

We will move the full amount paid on the original seats to the capital gift due on the new seats.

Example: A donor has seats in the West Club. For the 2017 season, the donor upgrades those seats to Prime West Club. The 12th Man Foundation will move the full amount paid on the West Club seats to the capital gift due on the upgraded seats.

I would like to move to seats with a smaller campaign gift. What will happen to the money I have already paid?

The full amount paid will be moved to the capital commitment on the downgraded seats. If the amount paid on the old seats exceeds the amount due, the remainder will be reflected as a gift to the Kyle Field project.

What if the seating area I would like to move to has a shorter term than my original tickets?

If a donor relocates to a seating area with a shorter term, the term for the relocated seats will be the shorter term.

Example: For the 2016 season, a donor selected seats expiring in 2029. For the 2017 season, the donor chooses to relocate to a section where the seating option expires in 2024. The donor's seating option will expire after the 2024 season.

Dropping Seats

When can I drop seats for the 2017 season?

  • You may drop seats when you complete your online renewal form.
  • If you release seats, you forfeit all rights to these seats for the 2017 and all future football seasons.
  • If you release seats, you will not receive a refund for any amounts previously paid for the released seats.
  • If you release seats, amounts previously paid for the seats may not be transferred to outstanding pledges due on other donations, including outstanding pledges for Kyle Field.
  • If you release seats, the 12th Man Foundation reserves the right to adjust your seat block to preserve the integrity of available seat inventory.

What happens to my Kyle Field Campaign Gift if I decide to drop seats?

Amounts paid on the dropped seats will not be reapplied to the balance due on the remaining seats. The amounts will be treated as a gift to the Kyle Field Campaign.

Example: A donor has 6 seats in Prime West Legacy Club. Donor has paid 80% of the Kyle Field Campaign Gift. Donor decides to drop 2 seats for the 2017 season. Money paid on the dropped seats will not be applied to the balance due on the 4 remaining seats.

Adding Seats

Can I increase the number of seats I want during the renewal process?

Yes. You will have the option to opt-in to the process to select additional seats. You must renew your existing season tickets to have the option to participate in the selection process.

A deposit is required when you opt-in to the process. The deposit amount is equivalent to the season ticket cost for bench seating in the North and South Upper End Zones, or $490, plus a $50 per seat non-refundable donation.

  1. You may request up to 20 additional seats.
  2. A request does not guarantee additional seats.
  3. New seats will be selected based on priority rank, inventory availability and your preference.
  4. When selected, you will be required to pay the season ticket cost, the annual seat contribution, and the Kyle Field Campaign gift for all new seats. Click here to see a seating map with annual seat contribution and Kyle Field gift amounts.
  5. If you do not select seats, the ticket deposit will be refunded. The donation is non-refundable.
  6. Donors are limited to no more than 8 prime west legacy club and/or west legacy club seats and no more than 12 seats in any other individual section.
  7. The selection process will occur in May. We will use the same online selection system that was used for the 2016 seat selection process, and appointments will be assigned in order of priority rank as of March 31, 2017.

I purchased non-renewable season tickets for the 2016 season. Will these tickets be on my renewal?

No. Any seats purchased as non-renewable for the 2016 season will be included in the relocation and additional seat selection process.

I am not a current season ticketholder, but I would like to purchase season tickets for the 2017 season. How do I do this?

  • Beginning on March 10, individuals who are not current season ticketholders will have the opportunity to sign-up for the new seat selection process by visiting our web site and selecting the "Season Ticket Interest" icon on the front page.
  • A deposit is required when you opt-in to the process. The deposit amount is equivalent to the season ticket cost for bench seating in the North and South Upper End Zones, or $490, plus a $50 per seat non-refundable donation.
  • The selection process will occur in May. Appointments will be assigned in order of priority rank as of March 31, 2017.
  • If you do not select seats, the season ticket deposit of $490 will be refunded. The $50 donation will not be refunded.

I already put my name on a season ticket holder interest list. Do I need to do this again?

Yes. If you registered on season ticket interest page but did not pay a deposit, you'll need to re-register. Everyone who signed up on the "no deposit required" list will receive an email with instructions for making their deposits.

ADA Seating

I need ADA accessible seating. How do I obtain this?

  • In Section 1 of the renewal process, you will be able to indicate that a seat you currently hold needs to be relocated to an ADA accessible seating area.
  • Anyone requesting accessible seating must meet the Americans with Disabilities Act eligibility and attestation standards; you will be required to certify that you meet these standards during the renewal process.

ELIGIBILITY: People with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This group includes people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances because of significant arthritis or severe respiratory, circulatory, or cardiac conditions. Individuals who, because of their disability, cannot sit in a straight-back chair or those whose service dogs cannot fit under a non-accessible seat or lie safely in the aisle are also permitted to purchase accessible seats. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. Under Federal Law, people with disabilities who do not require the specific features of accessible seating but merely have a preference for them are not entitled to purchase accessible seats.

ATTESTATION: For series of events tickets, purchasers may be asked to attest in writing that they require, or are purchasing tickets for someone who requires, the features of an accessible seat. Venues may also mark tickets to clearly identify that they are for accessible seats. Some venues include on tickets for accessible seats a message stating that, if the user of the ticket does not need the specific features of the accessible seat, the venue may require the ticket holder to move to a different, non-accessible seating location.

Road Games

Will road game tickets be available as part of the renewal process?

Yes, you'll have the opportunity to request road game tickets as part of the renewal.

  • Road game tickets are allocated based on availability and priority point ranking as of March 31, 2017.
  • If you request but do not receive road game tickets, a refund will be issued.
  • Road game requests are non-refundable unless tickets are not available.
  • You may request up to 12 tickets for each road game. Your actual allocation may be less than the amount requested. You will be notified of the status of your requests by June 30, 2017.
  • Please remember that visiting team allotments are generally in the least desirable area of the stadium.
  • Road game tickets are mailed at least two weeks prior to game day.
  • The ticket prices listed on the renewal are our best estimate of the price we expect the opposing team to charge. If the price increases, you will be billed for the additional amount. If the price decreases, a refund will be issued.

I have special seating request for my road game tickets. How do I share those with the Foundation?

A comment box is provided on the renewal form. Please use the comment box to let us know if you require ADA seating, provide us with sit- or fill- together information, and provide us with any other special requests.

Group Seating

I want to select seats with a group (family, friends, etc.). How do I do this?

Ticket holders who would like their season ticket location to be adjacent to another ticket holder or a group of ticket holders need to apply for Group Seating. The group request form will be available online on March 10, 2017. Requests must be submitted by March 31, 2017. All members of the group must be paid in full or on a payment plan by March 31, 2017.

  • The Group Seating process provides two or more accounts a common "group appointment time" for the purpose of selecting seats together.
  • The group appointment time will coincide with the priority appointment time of the lowest ranking group member.
  • To join a group,
    • Select a leader from your group members.
    • Your Group Leader will log into the Member Dashboard and select the link, "Create A 2017 Seating Group," to begin the process.
  • After creating a group, the leader will receive an email with the group information to distribute to other group members.
    • All group members must "officially: join the group by logging into the Member Dashboard.
    • No one will be added to a group unless they personally consent by joining in the Member Dashboard.
    • Individuals who join a seating group will receive an email immediately confirming their seating group.
  • At the designated group appointment time, all group members will log in with their own unique ID and PIN to select seats together.  It will be imperative that group members are communicating with each other during this process.
  • There is no limit to the number of accounts or number of total seats in a group; however, all seating, group or individual, is based on priority point rank and availability.
  • All accounts selecting seats in the 2017 process will be assigned an individual appointment time based upon their own priority point ranking.  This priority appointment time will be used to select any non-group seating. The group appointment time will only be used to select group seats.

Relocating Seats & Selecting New Seats

What information can you provide about the relocation and new seat selection process?

The seat relocation and new seat selection process will occur in May.

Inventory

In mid April, we will share information about expected available inventory for the relocation and new seat selection process. Beginning seat inventory comes from cancelled orders and is expected to be limited. Please keep in mind that the inventory will be fluid, and it will change as fellow donors make their selections and change locations throughout the process.

During the relocation and new seat selection process, donors who have opted in to the process will have the opportunity to change the location of their seats and purchase additional seats.

  1. You may swap your current seats for any available inventory in any area of Kyle Field.
  2. You may split your current seats.  For example, if you selected 4 seats in the North Upper Bench section, you could:
    a. Move all 4 seats to the North Upper Armchair, or
    b. Keep 2 seats in the North Upper Bench and move 2 seats to the West Bench.
    c. Stay in the North Upper Bench, but move to a different section or row.
  3. You may not drop seats during the relocation process.
  4. All seats in Kyle Field are subject to an annual seat contribution and a one-time Kyle Field Campaign gift.
    a. If the seats you select are more expensive than the original seats, you are required to pay the additional amounts due for the season ticket, the annual seat contribution and the Kyle Field Campaign gift.
    b. If the seats you select are less expensive than the original seats, any difference in ticket price will be refunded but donation amounts will not be refunded.
    c. Click here to see a seating map with annual seat contribution and Kyle Field gift amounts.
Participating in the Relocation Process

If you would like to participate in the relocation process, you will need to opt in when you complete your 2017 Football Season ticket renewal form.

If you do not opt in during the renewal process but decide later that you would like to participate, visit the Member Dashboard after March 10 and select "2017 Football Seat Relocation Opt-in" from the Notifications Menu to update your selection.

The opt-in process will close at 5 p.m. on March 31, 2017.

Participating in the New Seat Selection Process

If you are a current season ticket holder, you may opt in to the new seat selection process when you complete your 2017 football season ticket renewal form.

If you do not opt in during the renewal process and later decide to purchase new seats, or if you are not a current season ticket holder, you may opt in and make a deposit by visiting www.12thmanfoundation.com. The opt-in process will close at 5 p.m. on March 31, 2017.

If you opt to participate in the process, your appointment time and instructions for accessing the system will be communicated via regular mail and email and posted to your Member Dashboard in mid April.

Appointments

In mid April, seat relocation and new seat selection appointment times and instructions for accessing the system will be sent by regular mail and email and posted in the Member Dashboard. If you do not receive an email, please visit the Member Dashboard to view your appointment time.

  1. You will be able to access the system to view available inventory 30 minutes prior to your appointment time.  You will not be able to view inventory prior to this time; you will not be permitted to access the system after your appointment time concludes.
  2. If you miss your appointment time, you forfeit your opportunity to participate in in the process.
  3. If you opt to participate in the process but later change your mind, you may simply skip your appointment time.  You will retain your original seats.
  4. If you opt to participate and log-in at your appointment time and then decide to keep your original seats, you may simply exit the seat selection system without confirming a change in seats.  You will retain your original seats.
Pricing

All seats in Kyle Field are subject to an annual seat contribution and a one-time Kyle Field Campaign gift payable over 5 years. Click here to see a seating map with annual seat contribution and Kyle Field gift amounts.

General Information
  1. If you change the location of your seats and complete the online process, the transaction is final.  Do not release your original seats unless you're certain you want to change seating. We cannot restore your original seats.
  2. Based on availability, the quantity limits by area will continue to apply.  Donors are limited to no more than 8 prime west legacy club and/or west legacy club seats and no more than 12 seats in any other individual section.
  3. Parking allocations are based on seats renewed, so purchasing additional seats will not create additional parking opportunities.

Priority Points

How are priority points allocated for payment of donations related to seats held by another person?

  • The ticketholder of record receives the priority points for all donations related to the seats, regardless of who pays the donation.
  • The person making the payment receives the tax letter.

Example: Donor A has 12 seats. Donor B pays the annual seat contribution for 4 of the seats. Donor B gets the tax benefit for his portion. The ticketholder of record (Donor A) receives the priority points for all donations related to the seats, regardless of who pays the donation.

I want to pay my annual seat contributions in advance. How are priority points awarded for annual seat contributions paid in advance?

  • A donor may pay their annual seat contributions in advance (for example, pay the 2017, 2018 and 2019 annual seat contribution in January 2017).
  • If the annual seat contribution amount is increased after the donor has prepaid, the donor will be responsible for paying the difference.
  • Priority points will be awarded at the time the payment is received.
  • If a donor pays their annual seat contributions in advance and then cancels their season tickets, the advance payment will not be refunded or reallocated (see examples 1 and 2 below)
  • If a donor pays their annual seat contributions in advance and relocates to more expensive seats, the payment will be applied to the more expensive seats in the same pledge year. (see example 3).
  • If a donor pays their annual seat contributions in advance and relocates to less expensive seats, the 12th Man Foundation will move the full amounts paid on future annual seat contributions to the downgraded seats. The 12th Man Foundation will not refund any excess amounts paid. (see example 4).

Example 1: A donor has 6 seats in Prime West Legacy Club. Donor has paid the annual seat contribution for all 6 seats for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 seasons. Donor decides to drop 2 seats for the 2018 season. The 12th Man Foundation will not refund or reallocate any money paid for the 2018 or 2019 annual seat contribution for those 2 seats.

Example 2: A donor has 6 seats in Prime West Legacy Club. He has paid the annual seat contribution for all 6 seats for the 2017, 2018, and 2019 seasons. Donor decides to drop all seats after the 2017 season. The 12th Man foundation will not refund or reallocate any money paid for the 2018 or 2019 annual seat contribution for any of the seats.

Example 3: A donor has seats in West Club. In January 2017, he pays the annual seat contribution for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 seasons. In the 2018 season, donor upgrades those seats to Prime West Club. The 12th Man Foundation will apply the full amount paid for 2018 to the 2018 annual gift due on those seats and the full amount paid for 2019 to the 2019 annual gift due. The donor will be responsible for the remaining balance.

Example 4: A donor has 2 seats in West Club. In January 2017, the donor pays the annual seat contribution ($2,500 per seat) for the 2017 and 2018 seasons. In the 2018 season, the donor moves those seats to North Lower Armchair. We will apply the amount paid for the West Club seats ($5,000) to the annual seat contribution due on the North Lower Armchair seats ($700). The excess ($4,300) will be reallocated to the annual fund.

Limits on Seat Quantities

Are there any limits on number of seats in each area that can be purchased?

The limits set for seat selection will remain in effect. Each donor account is limited to no more than eight (8) prime west legacy club and/or west legacy club seats and no more than twelve (12) seats in any other individual section.

Parking

NEW THIS YEAR, parking assignments will have a 3-year term. Your 2017 parking assignment will remain the same for the 2017, 2018, and 2019 seasons. If, during the 3-year term, the University begins a construction project that impacts a 12th Man Foundation donor parking lot, then parking reassignment may occur before the 3-year term expires.

Parking Map

When will I be able to request parking for the 2017 season?

  • Donors will be able to request parking for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 season when they fill out their renewal form online.
  • A parking request does not guarantee a parking assignment. Parking assignments will be based on priority point ranking as of March 31, 2017.
  • If you request but do not receive parking, a refund will be issued.

When will I select my parking for the 2017 season?

  • Also NEW THIS YEAR, you will rank available parking lots in order of your preference on the renewal form.
  • Parking will be assigned by the 12th Man Foundation based on priority rank, lot availability and your preference.
  • There will NOT be an additional parking selection process except for donors qualifying for reserved spaces in Lots A, H Reserved, R or Equine (126).
  • Reserved parking spaces selected in 2016 are not renewable.
  • You will be notified of your parking assignment in late April.

Payment Options

What are the payment deadlines for my 2017 season tickets?

All donors must be paid in full or on a payment plan by March 31, 2017.

How do I set a payment plan?

  • You may establish a payment plan by providing a credit card when you complete your renewal.
  • If you select the payment plan option, 34% of your balance is due when you complete the online renewal, 33% is due on April 28, 2017, and 33% is due on May 30, 2017. Payment plan dates and amounts are pre-set and cannot be modified.
  • Only payments received by March 31, 2017 will be included in the priority point ranking for parking, relocation, and new seat selection.

How do I pay with a matching gift?

  • Matching gift companies may match up to 80% of the new money contributed by the donor to renew season tickets (the tax deductible portion of the donor's contribution). Specific programs may have differing limits, and the donor is responsible for paying any differences. Matching gifts may not be used to pay for tickets or parking.

Example: If your annual seat contribution is $100, you must pay at least $56 of that $100 and the company may match to a maximum of $44.

  • If you are paying with a matching gift, you are required to provide the following information:
    • The company name
    • The matching gift program contact name
    • The amount of the matching gift
  • You are responsible for completing all steps required by your company to authorize the matching gift and ensuring that the Foundation receives all applicable paperwork and confirmations. All correspondence should be directed to Toni McDowell, 12th Man Foundation, P.O. Box 2800, College Station, 77841.
  • Confirmation of the approved matching gift amount must be received by the Foundation by May 1, 2017 to be considered payment on your 2017 renewal.

What payment methods may I use?

You may pay online by credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa), personal bank draft and matching gift.

Can I use multiple forms of payment?

  • Yes. The online renewal system will allow you to use multiple credit cards and bank drafts.
  • If you use multiple forms of payment, you must pay the balance in full when you complete your renewal. Payment plans are not available with multiple payment methods.
  • If you are using credit cards or bank accounts other than your own, you must provide the name and donor number of the account holder. All persons making payment on your renewal must be Foundation members.

"A&M has given us so much.

When it comes down to it, education is the most important thing someone can have, and student-athletes give so much of their time and talents to our school. If we can help support them to earn that diploma and Aggie ring, then that is what we want to do."
