Customer Service Specialist

Must have mastery of all skills and processes required of a Ticket Assistant.

Additional duties include:

Provide support to Ticket Assistants in performance of their duties.

Prepare advance reports or documents using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint or possibly, Adobe Photoshop.

Assist management personnel with tasks related to the oversight or operation of the Ticket Call Center, Ticket Center Sales Windows and ticketed A&M events.

Answer e-mails to the Ticket Center e-mail account

Return calls and handle non-routine requests as directed by ticket management personnel.

Qualifications

Same qualifications listed for Ticket Assistant along with:

Previous employment as Ticket Assistant with management approval for application to this position.

Comparable work experience would be considered along with satisfactory completion of training program and six-week probation period.

Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Photoshop considered a plus.

Required to work 90% of Aggie home football games and 30% of other Aggie ticketed events.
