Ticket Office Student Manager
Must have mastery of all skills and processes required of a Ticket Specialist.
Additional duties include:
Direct supervision of staff working in the Ticket Call Center, Ticket Office Windows or at ticketed A&M events.
Assist with screening and hiring of new employees
Provide training for new employees and continued development of existing employees
Maintain updated staff instructions and notes regarding events and ticket inventory
Monitor phone traffic to ensure coverage is adequate for best possible customer service
Prepare daily sales/activity reports for call center and box office sales
Qualifications
Same Qualifications as a Ticket Specialist along with:
Previous employment as Ticket Specialist with management approval for application to this position.
Comparable work experience would be considered along with satisfactory completion of training program and six-week probation period.
Required to work 90% of Aggie home football games and 30% of other Aggie ticketed events.
